  This tool works as expected but it’s annoying that I always have to have my phone to be able to login to systems. Would be very nice to have the app on my watch as well.

  Struggling with moving the token from one device to another. Having issues that are not your fault. What is your issue is that I can’t remove an existing token. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to try to add a fixed token to my device.

• Missing useful features that other similar apps have 2/5

  Needing to wait a certain time period to refresh the code is frustrating when logging into many systems at once, this really should have a manual refresh button to generate a new code; BUT ALSO using Push Alerts that can be dynamically authenticated from a phone or Apple Watch is even more convenient than waiting for a code to refresh.

  Keypad to enter numbers has to be bigger. Or dynamic. If I have only one token, why all that space wasted and then at the bottom a tiny keypad?

  Unable to “Copy to Token” on iOS 13.1 on iPhone 11/11 Pro/11 Max. Previous reviewers stating to “remove Pulse Secure” are only referring to a certain subset of users. Not everyone has Pulse Secure installed, therefore it is not a complete workaround. Unable to reach support as one must be registered with RSA Link to submit a case or contact support.

  App hasn’t been updated in 7 months. Anyone that is newly trying to set up a token with ios13 won’t be able to until they fix the app.

• Workaround to import token on IOS 13.0 3/5

  The “Copy to Token” share destination is not showing up when attempting to import a token while setting the app up on the new iPhone 11 under IOS 13.0Geekgirl71 found a workaround for this. You need to delete Pulse Secure from the phone. Then “Copy to Token” will re-appear. Import the token. Then re-download Pulse Secure again, reconfigure it, and you’re good to go. Thanks to geekgirl71 for this solution.

  I got the new iphone 11 pro max and then was trying to reimport the stdid file provided by my system admin. Rsa did not show up as an option for copy to or share with/ open apple menu when i keep the stdid file pressed.So i cant vpn into my workplace

• iOS 13 issues with Pulse Secure VPN installed. 3/5

  It appears that on any device running iOS 13.0 that happens to also have Pulse Secure VPN app installed that the option to “Copy to Token” is held by the option to “Copy to Pulse Secure”. Once we delete the Pulse Secure app then the Copy to Token option is back and we can import the token. So we have a workaround but should not have to do this. Help!!!!

  The RSA app appears to not function properly on ios13. The app is installed but will not process the connection file.When clicking on the file, Token is not available and the list of “open with” apps is not configurable.However, I was able to airdrop the file between devices and have Token presented as “open with” options when accepting the file but Token does nothing on the new device and fails again to process the connection file.

  it used to be that this app would give me a code which I could enter to access my work email. Now the app is completely useless, it does not give me any number and does absolutely nothing. This app is a complete piece of garbage, nobody should use it, it should be removed from the App Store.

  The application doesn’t blur out its content when in multitasking window. This is a basic functionality already implemented by popular apps such as Snapchat.

  The app works great m, but I just noticed today that it kept crashing. Then I unplugged the USB and it started working again. Otherwise, the app has been very reliable.

  This app works great and it’s really nice to not have to try to remember to grab the hard token when working off site. Plus just enter a number instead of PiN and number combined that I would frequently mess up, especially when resetting the PIN is required!

  A few minor hiccups here and there all that were easily fixed. Imported all of the tokens I use, codes are accurate. What can I say, it’s better than carrying around a keychain of hard tokens. I agree with everyone else calling for a watch complication. That will be a nice feature. My other personal suggestion is to please, please move the ‘my tokens’ button(icon) from the bottom left corner of the footer bar to the top left so it isn’t covered up by the keyboard when you are typing in a pin. Put the footer below the keyboard or even better move the button out of the footer and into the header would be cleaner and more consistent app design. (In my opinion)

  Not RSAs fault just wish had USB charger ports at work. So lame for a Fortune 100 company. Can’t use USB ports on docking station nor our PCs. Are locked out. Means waste 2.5hrs a week company time at home charging my iPhone since required to use personal devices for RSA app.

  Worked fine for years, now it’s barely usable. Please fix this application, it requires you to restart the iOS device in order for it to work once...then crashes every time you open it afterwards. Closing the app doesn’t fix it either. This has been going on since the last couple of updates - please resolve.Update-fixed in 2.4.5

  The app crashes after a relaunch. The first time you use the app meaning it’s not running the background it works fine. When you minimize the app and try to use it again it crashes and you have to relaunch. Functionality works fine.

  From the 1980’s rsa admin console to the changes the app has undergone by not being able to import consistent file types for device types, find something more worthy of your time. It’s an admin nightmare when tokens expire, and they are crazy expensive. Poor choice

  They broke something in this release! Used last version daily for years - no problems ever. This one has exclamation point in a triangle warning, and gives me (and others) a token that works maybe one in ten tries. Come on RSA, not like this is a mission-critical app or anything!!
